Kitchen Renovations
I have lived in my home for just over thirty years, and working in a 1960’s kitchen was wearing little thin. While it was still in good shape, the dark cabinets were depressing, and although thoughts of painting them had crossed my mind, I decided that a complete renovation was the way to go. Everything in the kitchen was removed, and over a period which seemed like eternity (I think it was really about 2 ½ months), my new kitchen was built. Here are a few pictures of my kitchen’s rebirth, and I would like to thank Ross McArthur (J.W. McArthur & Sons Ltd, North Vancouver, BC ) for contracting the job, his wife Trish for helping me select the colours and tiles, and Al Kristensen for building the fantastic cabinets.
